Wine Bloggers Conference : Snooth presentation

posted by philip in Snooth, Wine Industry

I had a great time at the conference and was glad to have the opportunity to present. I, along with Joel Vincent, spoke on “Monetizing your blog“. A lot of people couldn’t attend and many who were there asked for the slides, which are now posted online - here.

I’m now in San Francisco for a few days, recovering from the 400+ wines that were poured as well as the punishing day of road biking Jon Erickson took me on. (much much hillier in Sonoma than NYC).

www.chocolatedownunder.com.au - this is something we would have dearly loved to have attended.
Something that next time we can plan and organise.
A conference of this nature would be exciting, to discover overseas wines.

Pam - you’re clearly based in Australia. I know there was a European Wine Bloggers conference and people are making noises about an East Coast (US) one, but i’ve not heard of an Asian or Southern Hemisphere one.

If you join the Open wine Consortium you can see a lot of the materials that were discussed over those two days
