I have nearly 800 logged on snooth, and i already see that i have a tendency to overuse certain words and phrases. As Blaise Pascal (not Mark Twain) said "I'm sorry this letter is so long, but I did not have time to make it shorter." It can take a long time to produce a seemingly off the cuff piece of text. I've been singling out and writing to some of our users when I see their great reviews. I want them to keep it up. And really, it's only practice that helps us improve.
