I start with a visit at SOL, the pavillion dedicated to olive oil. You can taste best olive oils from every italian region and also from Europe, and be very well prepared to next tastings in the day. If you are there for PR and business you have to be very selective on your sips. You have huge options of wines to taste, you can\'t be there not prepared. You need to carefully plan your visits.
